Janice K. Carter, 70, of Custer, South Dakota, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019. She was a long time employee at the HCF in Hutchinson, KS, the Hesston Kansas Police Department, and the Custer Sheriff's Office in Custer, SD. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson's Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation.
