Carlotta L. Preston, 76, of Manhattan, Kansas, passed away on, Sunday, March 29th, peacefully, at Stoneybrook Retirement Community. She was born in Staten Island, New York on September 7, 1938.She worked as a Certified Nurse. Carlotta preston is preceded in death by her; parents and her husband, Carl. Carlotta is survived by, a sister, Francis Preston and a brother, Charles Preston. Services are pending at Irvin ~ Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation
