She was born in Staten Island, New York on September 7, 1938.She worked as a Certified Nurse. Carlotta preston is preceded in death by her; parents and her husband, Carl. Carlotta is survived by, a sister, Francis Preston and a brother, Charles Preston. Services are pending at Irvin ~ Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation
