Dennis Joseph Wycoff, 65, of Maple Hill and Manhattan, passed away Sunday, September 13th, at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan. He was the owner of Wycoff Accounting in Maple Hill. Dennis was born in Peoria, IL on May 16, 1950, the son of the late Marge (Webber) and DeWitt Wycoff. He graduated from Shawnee Mission South, received his Bachelors Degree from Washburn University, and served in the US Army. Dennis was an avid NASCAR fan having season tickets at the Kansas Speed Way, and a member of the American Legion, playing pool on a league and mostly spending time with his family and grand kids. Dennis is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Catharine and Jeremy Warner, of Maple Hill, KS; a son, Aaron Wycoff and his significant other, Tiffany Zachary, of Manhattan, KS; his significant other, Sue Kellogg of Manhattan; a brother and his wife David and Beverly Wycoff of Atlanta, GA; brother Robert and his wife Joanne Wycoff of Gainesville, GA; a sister and her husband Hop[e and Chuck Frederick of Adrian, MO and a sister-in-law Madelyn Wycoff of Huntsville, AL; and 2 grandchildren, Andrew and Alex Warner. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronnie Wycoff. At the request of Dennis and his family, he donated his body to medical research at the KU Medical School. There will be a private family Remembrance Mass at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, in Wamego, with burial at a later date.
