Donna Eileen (Small) Dotts, 82, of Manhattan, Kansas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on September 3, 2025. She was born on February 14, 1943, in Quincy, Massachusetts, to Edward H. and Agnes (Stone) Small.
On December 14, 1963, Donna married James E. Dotts, and together they shared a loving life built on devotion to family and each other for 61 wonderful years. Donna was deeply loved by her family, who will forever cherish her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.
