Maximina Favela, 82, of Mexico, passed away Sunday, January 1st, at her son's home in Manhattan. Maximina was born in Guadalupe Victoria, Durango, Mexico on August 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Maria (Pineda) and Placido Favela Ibarra.
