Dr. Richard Kent Kimmins, 76, of Manhattan, KS, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Kent worked as a Professor at Kansas State University. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Carlson's Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation.
