Stephanie Daniel Nigh, 41, of Manhattan, passed away Monday, October 5th, at her residence. . Stephanie was born in Emporia, Kansas on November 17, 1973, a daughter of Connie (Barrett) Padgette, of Council Grove and the late, Stephian Nigh. The family has chosen Cremation and will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
